    Hola a todos tengo la verisón completa del FOP 2.20 y he configurado un botón para revisar una cola. Funciona perfectamente, salvo ver el estado del agente (In use-Not in use).
    Os adjunto el "queue show"

    prueba has 0 calls (max 10) in 'rrmemory' strategy (6s holdtime, 6s talktime), W:0, C:4, A:2, SL:0.0% within 0s
    Members:
    Miguel Carro (Local/1000@agentes) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 4 calls (last was 1085 secs ago)
    No Callers

    Y el botón:
    [QUEUE/prueba]
    type=queue
    label=Prueba
    context=agentes
    group=CAU

    Muchas gracias por la ayuda.

      Hola,

      Asegurate de configurar el eventwhencalled=yes en cada cola en /etc/asterisk/queues.conf o bien en el gui de freepbx.
