Problema con el estado del agente

Hola a todos tengo la veris贸n completa del FOP 2.20 y he configurado un bot贸n para revisar una cola. Funciona perfectamente, salvo ver el estado del agente (In use-Not in use).
Os adjunto el "queue show"prueba has 0 calls (max 10) in 'rrmemory' strategy (6s holdtime, 6s talktime), W:0, C:4, A:2, SL:0.0% within 0s
Members:
Miguel Carro (Local/1000@agentes) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken 4 calls (last was 1085 secs ago)
