Is it possible to make presence status anavailable after fop 2 restart?
By default all users are online after fop 2 restart.
    Thank you.

Hi, not sure what presence status are you referring about. But all states are persistent. If you do not see them you probablly have lack of permissions in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf or you have something misconfigured.

Try setting all both to read/write in /etc/asterisk/manager.conf, reload asterisk, reload fop2, and try again.

      Best regards

        Hi,sorry for delay.
        Let's me describe it
for example we have asterisk with all users described in buttons.cfg are OFFLINE(not registered).
Fop2 shows Grey buttons so everything is fine.
for some reason i have to restart Fop2 or all web server , as a result of restart Fop2 shows all green buttons .But actually
all users are offline. And only after action from user register and unregister buttons become grey.
Is it possible to make grey buttons for all users by default instead green ones.
        Thank you!

The behavior you describe is not normal. Button state does not change because of a FOP2 restart or web server restart. I can restart my fop2 server dozens of times and sip registrations do not vary at all. Something else might be happening besides the restart.

Hi , Thank you for answer.
I have tested in different configs. Asterisk and fop2 on 1 server, on different servers , 64 or 32 bits any tests give one result --- after restart all users are online. I have all iax2 users is it problem? I thought it is impossible to start fop 2 with correct button states, asterisk manager gives states only when some action happends. As i remember fop 1 and older versions of fop 2 had the same problem. May be you have some advise ? At least i need buttons state offline after restart...
Please help me to find a bug, it's stops me to use fop2 on all my PBX's. Thank you! One more may be this problem only in demo mode?

You are talking about IAX! That makes a big difference. Its a different world, different events and different commands. IAX support depends on your asterisk version. What asterisk version are you running?

I am not sure when whas the IAXPeers manager command was added. It was not present in 1.4, not sure if its there in 1.6, try in the asterisk cli

                  manager show command IaxPeers

If that returns empty, you will have to upgrade asterisk. If not, perhaps there is a difference in the response events from the ones fop2 expects.

                  Best regards,

                    Action: IAXpeers
                    Synopsis: List IAX Peers
                    Privilege: system,reporting,all

                    I have this responce .
So what version of asterisk you advise for correct work of fop2 ?
                    Thank you!

I need the complete response from that command in order to check it out. You will have to start fop2_server in debug mode and then send me the log file and telling me at least one registered and one unregistered peer at the time you started this capture:

                      service fop2 stop
                      cd /usr/local/fop2
                      script capture.log
                      ./fop2_server -X 1
                      (open fop2 on your browser)
                      ctrl-C
                      exit

At this point you have the capture.log file with the information I need to troubleshoot. The log will contain sensitive information, do not post it here, send it directly via email or open a ticket in support.asternic.biz

                      Best regards,
