Every time I make a change on my PBX I see DND icons on the same 4 extensions. If I go over to those phones DND isn't on. So I turn it on & off & the icon goes away, but then it comes back again as soon as I hit "Submit Changes" on the PBX. Is there anyway to fix this?

FOP2 does not make changes to your dialplan or Asterisk itself. It the problem occurs when you "submit changes" I assume you use FreePBX, and thus, it is a FreePBX bug/error.

What is the output from this after you "submit changes"?

      asterisk -rx "database show DND"

      Do you see anything?

Thx for the reply, it says 0 results found, but FOP2 still shows the DNDs.
        Screen shot shown.

          Try:

          asterisk -rx "database show fop2state"

Then clear some DND, and try again:

          asterisk -rx "database show fop2state"

Hmmmm, ok the first fop2state shows the 4 DNDs, I cleared 2 of them (screen shot shows 2 DND icons), but the second fop2state still shows 4 DNDs.

You most probably have incorrect permissions for the manager user (/etc/asterisk/manager.conf), preventing UserEvents from being fired (or something to that effect). I cannot tell you for sure. You can remove all the fop2states entries by hand:

              asterisk -rx "database deltree fop2state"

And if you can, try to create a special user for fop2 like this:

              http://www.fop2.com/blog/make-fop2-snap ... ventfilter

              Best regards,
