Hi Nicolas, I read that few other users reported similar issue but there was no solution. we are using FOP 2.31.30 on freepbx15 with asterisk 16.19 we are using *11 and *12 for hot desking and agent login/logout on IP-Phone. we frequently get issue that FOP2 shows the extension left busy and we can only clear by restarting asterisk and fop2 [image: m90o0izuhc74.jpg] Kindly advise what other information do you need to look at this matter. Appreciate your soonest assistant

Hi, It should work as long manager credentials and manager_host remain the same no matter the server/role. The only thing you will lose on a remotely FOP2 server is access to recordings, unless you configure some kind of shared volume for them (outside the scope of fop2 itself). If you do not use voicemail explorer or access to recrodings, then you won't miss anything in particular, queue functions will work the same as on a local server instal. Best regards,

If you create a new entry in the phonebook and try to dial that entry, do you have that problem also ?
