Just migrate FOP2 on Isabell 4.0.0.
Cannot access contact list, error appears "You do not have permissions to access this resource"
Please guide me for troubleshooting.

Not resolved same error.

But My FreePBX Version is 2.11.0 , I m Using Elastix 4.0 and asterisk 11.25.
Any suggestion ??

I just updated my fop2 2.31.08 to 2.31.11.
After update i cannot loged in to fop2 Admin panel https://172.16..**/fop2/admin/
It said No enough privileges, other wise all fop2 functionality works fine.
How to resolve this issue plz help.

After updat Elastix and free PBX .
DND Not Working From FOP2 Panel.
Any help would be appretiated.

1. We try ssl certificates and also try with http but no luck problem still exist .
2. We are not doing restart or reload asterisk server .
3. We did debug server but its very hard to find a problem with these logs please suggest some easy way to fix this issue.

fop2 page refresh automatically . I thoroughly check server connectivity is fine, no ping break.
It happens 3 to 5 times in a min.Some times it disturbed so much.
Please guide me how to debug this matter.
One more thing fop2 chrome extension is also disconnect when this refresh occur.
I think this is fop2 and asteisk connectivity problem.

Hi Admin

1. I cannot search name by phone numbers in FOP2 dial box.
2. if i have 4 entries in phone book with same name dial box not give me all 4. It shows me 2 or 3 entries.

Contact list is working fine my question is related with dial box only.
Any help much appreciated.
Though this is awesome product for asterisk i ever use.

I want to add more fields in my FOP2 phone book e.g (Dept, Exten No, Home Phone & Office phone) Click to dial should work in additional fields.How can i do that ? I m using FOP2 2.30 .

Admin i also need contacts.js updated file because i m also facing same issue click2call & search problem.

1. My FOP2 contact list just stops working until I do a browser refresh. I enter the search word, hit enter, but nothing appears.
2. Add a contact in phone book i can't search this contact in same session i have to re login to search and dial this contact and also if i added 4 contact i can't search and dial all 4 in current session.
   Any Help Would be Appretiated

I m not expert but i think first you need to install fop2 latest server version 2.30.04
The latest version of software, available in
www.fop2.com/download.php

My suggestion is for you to upgrade FOP2 to the latest release that you can get from the above site, and follow the upgrade instructions that are posted in the forums:

What version did you install?

/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -v

What is the output from this command:

cat /etc/sysconfig/fop2

For Fop2 panel issue you can access panel by
http://your.server/fop2/index.html

This will help you little for file "fop2.lic" matter admin will reply soon ..

I have elastix 2.4 with asterisk free PBX 2.8.Cannot access FOP2 on any browser error "Flash Player Required!"

Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Featureset: Basic
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Allowed Tenants: 5

Connection to manager OK!

any ideas how to fix it?
