Just migrate FOP2 on Isabell 4.0.0. Cannot access contact list, error appears "You do not have permissions to access this resource" Please guide me for troubleshooting. Thanks In Advance

We run FreePBX v13 (completely updated modules and core). That box has FOP2 running, updated to the most recent version (.15). The "default" admin account in FreePBX can access fop2 manager without issues. There is another account, called CAAdmin, that has been created in FreePBX user manager and given full admin rights. That account works perfect in FreePBX to admin anything on the PBX in FreePBX. However, that account cannot log into FOP2 Manager; it always states "invalid credentials". I thought if the account (CAAdmin in this instance) has full FreePBX admin rights it should be able to log into FOP2 Manager. Direction is appreciated.

Hi, Most probably your php sessions are expiring too soon. You can increase php session lifetime in php.ini. Set this in your php.ini: session.gc_maxlifetime = 86400 The next FOP2 version (2.31.02) will 'refresh' sessions every now in a while to avoid php session expiration from occuring.

Install the Presence DND plugin and uninstall the Queue Pause from presence plugin via the FOP2 Manager. (/fop2/admin) Best regards,

Hmm, I made a test, added 4 contacts with the same name, then tried the dial box and worked fine...so, how could I replicate the issue? Are you sure you have the phone field populated in all entries? IF there is no phone number, then entry will be skipped from the dial box search. If you want to look at code, the vphonebook.php file is the one that performs the searches for the Dial box field.

.php code is open for you to modify/improve. Look at contacts.php. You will also have to modify the mysql schema. Best regards,
