I think I blew away my correct permissions for visual_phonebook
re-applied these
grant all privileges on . to 'root'@'%' with grant option;
grant all privileges on . to 'root'@'localhost' with grant option;
flush privileges;
restarted db
have 4900+ entries, and can see only the 2 that I have manually entered from gui
I can see the 2 from the command line as well
mysql -u root -pfakenew-password -h localhost fop2 -e "show tables"
this command works fine
any suggestions

1 inbound
1 outbound
1 bidirectional
inbound works great
outbound - shows the sip/trunk-hex# of call and either s or blank
directional shows inbound/outbound mostly correct, but occasionally will show the correct hex code, but the wrong outbound information
my buttons.cfg has

fop2 license - get error when using license
fop2 wont restart when using 2.28 and license - will only run in demo mode
also get unable to initialize libusb: -99 when starting

this system is on the same box as asterisk

tried multiple extension and all passwords

from web get prompt for extension and password, but it never connects
Can fop2 be run from a separate box?
used the centos version today - its no longer complaining
