I have the same problem. I do not have any issue with this using 2.31.28

Worked now by using (as per Agustin request) : /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register --rp=http and I also changed "/etc/sysconfig/fop2" from: OPTIONS="-d " To OPTIONS="-d --rp=http"

FreePBX13 + Asterisk 11 . Same issue

When a user login/logout to/from queue via *45 (FreePBX queue login default feature code) or a user is added/deleted statically via the FreePBX interface, the "new" agent doesn't apprear in the queue's agent list of FOP2. I have to do a "/etc/init.d/fop2 reload" to update the agent list. I'm using FOP2 2.31.11/Asterisk 11.4.0/FreePBX 2.11.0.11

The checkmark indicates that user is logged into FOP2 (so it is available to chat if you have the chat license).

You must revoke the license before moving a container. That will free up your activation code, you can then reuse it after the container is moved. This applies both to FOP2 and Asternic Call Center Stats Pro. To revoke in fop2 run /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revoke and follow the prompts. I've uninstalled the old version and installed the latest fop2admin 1.2.14 and it now works correctly. Thanks

You most probably have FOP1 running, and binding to port 4445. You have to stop FOP1: amportal stop_fop and disable it so it does not start on the next reboot, by setting FOPRUN=false in /etc/amportal.conf and removing an amportal start_fop in /etc/rc.d/rc.local if you have it. Best regards,
