I have two groups that were created, one in FOP2 Manager and one in FreePBX. They are hiding in the background and if I try to create one with the same name I get an error message. I think this is causing my extension buttons to not appear in FOP2. Please advise.

Invisible Groups -
Extensions not showingOn the FOP2 panel, only the user that is logged in appears. None of the other extensions are visible, nor are any of the trunks. According to FOP2 Manager there are only 10 buttons. Please advise.

Groups not visibleI created a group in FOP2 manager and the count on the "Welcome" screen changed from 5 to 6. However the Group name is not visible on FOP2 or Free PBX. Repeated the process, this time on FreePBX >Other>FOP2 Groups menu and got a fatal error due to duplicate name. Tried again with slightly different name, no error message. Again the Group count total went up one notch to 7. Still not visible either in FreePBX or FOP2. Please advise.
