Hey @jerryriggin , sorta off topic, but I'm trying to get fop2 running on raspbx. I see you are running asterisk 18 (I'm running 16). So apparently I should be able to get mine running? Basically, everything appears to be running for me, except FOP2 says "Skipping user & device queries, not in user device mode", as the CLI command "database show devices" shows 0 devices (but I have enabled deviceanduser mode, and I have multiple devices (?) Been struggling with this for quite some time now. I believe I need to have FreePBX/asterisk running in deviceanduser mode? Is this what you have done? Any advice/hints/help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

When an agent leaves their workstation without logging out (hard to believe but it happens!) Their phones are on auto-answer so they get calls and customer hears background noise. Of course I can log them out of queues, or pause them with FOP2 GUI, but I want a complete logout so my logout scripts run. How can I log a user out of FOP2 from the server? Essentially I want to click the logout button "<span class="logouttitle">Logout</span>" remotely and have FOP2 also run my logout script. Maybe a way to call setvar.php with sessionID, key, etc?

Hi! I have a client whose CRM page I pop up in the mini browser window. I want to reset the browser to a page that says, “Waiting for Call” after wrapup time ends. I can catch the change in status or hangup event and do something, but I don’t know what command to send where to reset the browser for this agent. Any ideas? (Other than the obvious put something in the CRM page that reloads the “waiting” page on save, which was my first suggestion, but client doesn’t want me to mess with CRM code unless I have to as it is also used outside FOP2.) Thanks!

I'm sure this question has been asked, but I don't see it anywhere. I understand from experience and this forum that calls picked up out of the queue by an agent causes the call to become abandoned in Asternic Stats Pro. Is there a way, (possibly be joining queue_stats and cel?) to update the tables so historical data shows the call answered and corrects agent call stats, etc?

Delete these lines from Queue Boc Template : <tr> <td class='qboxtd'> <div class="img-rounded"> <span class='number'>{AGENTSSTAFFED}</span><br/> <span class='lxabel translate'>Agents Staffed</span> </div> </td> <td class='qboxtd'> <span class='number'>{ACTIVECALLS}</span><br> <span class='lxabel translate'>Active Calls</span> </td> </tr> I deleted another <TD> I didn't need and added Agents Staffed back in.
