Is it possible to create user definable widgets within FOP2? For example a button that might call http://localhost:8080?exten={extension number}/action=pause I'd like to integrate this with a third party application running on the same FreePBX server but need to be able to define a couple of buttons to trigger particular actions. If an extension user puts themselves into DND using the key on the phone dialling the FreePBX feature code to toggle DND this is shown against the user in FOP2 correctly. However if that user is logged into a number of queues the DND status us now shown against all entries in all queues that the user is logged into. So you might get the proper DND notification on the user icon in the extensions display but only see the small DND icon against the user in one queue but not in order queues. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Lee

The recreate users function is nice but has a disadvantage for us on a pbx for a new customer. Beside the physical extensions they have around 100 virtual extensions only used to forward numbers to a mobile phone. Is there any way to exclude this virtual extensions from the recreate users function? In my opinion there is no need for having a virtual extension having a fop login....

Using FOP2 2.31.02 with FreePBX 12 we are able to transfer a single call quite normally into the parking lot (default parking lot is on extension 70 with 9 parking slots from 71 to 79). However if we try to move another call into the parking lot this appears to kick the first call out of parking and this first calls then hangs up leaving the second call as the only call in the parking lot. Using just a normal transfer (*270) to transfer calls into parking this does not happen and we can park more than one call.

Hi Lee, FOP2 always honoured the restirct dynamic agents feature from FreePBX. That feature is done not by the FOP2 Manager in itself, but is a result of the autoconfig-xxx scripts that are bundled with FOP2 (not related to the FOP2 Manager version you have). What have changed recently is the queue login plugin, than in the latest version honours the restrict dynamic agents as it does the regular FOP2 UI. Best regards,

Sorry about that. I contacted you via e-mail and this forum and you ask for the activation code which I posted her by mistake. It looks as if I downloaded the 64-bit version when the 32-bit version was needed.

I also use Chrome on Mac as the development platform. There might be something else causing the disconnection. In any case, the latest FOP2 version and queue login plugin implement a 'timeout' to avoid queue logouts when the FOP2 browser connection is lost unnaturally or by 'accident'. If the FOP2 client reconnects in the next 30 seconds, then the logout action is cancelled. Not sure what version you have, but maybe not the latest? Upgrading might help in your case.

The plugin has a configuration where you can set the channel names to pause. It defaults to pause SIP/XXX and Local/XXX@from-queue, you might need to modify that to suit your particular environment/setup. For example, if using PJSIP instead of SIP. Go to the FOP2 Manager, Plugins section and check the plugin configuration there.

I have checked that and you are correct. Asterisk does not show the queue stats for some reason for any queues. I will have to investigate this from the Asterisk end.

What FOP2 version are you using? I recommend to upgrade to 2.30 if you didn't already. As for the problems, if you can reproduce them somehow, then I can work on a fix, if they are 'random' then it is not possible for me to do anything meaningful. Version 2.30 has some changes that relate to the queue login plugin. As a rule of thumb, if you disconnect via the LOGOUT action, then the queue logout should be done instantly. If you disconnect by closing the browser, then the logouts might take up to 30 seconds or so to be processed. Best regards,

He Lee, In the plugins tab you have a checkbox in every plugin to indicate that its a global plugin. That is a shortcut way to assign a plugin to everyone, but at the same time, it won't let you uncheck the plugin on the User edition tab (as it is global!). So, go to the plugins tab, remove the global check and then edit users and assign plugins individually.
