I would add that I have looked for a buttons.cfg file but it does not exist on my system.

Adding Extensions Trunks to Operator Panel - Demo version -
New ForumI just posted a query [Adding Extensions Trunks to Operator Panel - Demo version] and wanted to edit it but there is no such option.
I then looked at the post below mine [Multiple AOR (PJSIP) for call and Listen] and the Comment there shows the 'gear' symbol. If I click on it and select Edit, I am allowed to edit someone else's comment. I added a 2nd full stop to the 2nd line. You can now see there are two.
Edit: Here I can edit - and it looks like I can actually edit your comment above mine!!!
Edit 2. I tried the button and the quote within the post became editable but not the last line of the post. I cancelled then tried again and this time the gear icon is not clickable.
Edit 3. Tried again and this time it opened the whole post - I added two full stops.

Adding Extensions Trunks to Operator Panel - Demo versionI have installed the demo version to try out.
I have found the User Guide but on the Admin side there does not seem to exist any guide beyond that for installation. So it has by rather a trial and error process.
All Buttons have been set to Enabled.
I have created a Group called Basic with 9 extensions ticked.
I have configure by own extension (User 210) and added group Basic and the panel shows the 9 extensions.I have then ticked two more extensions in group Basic and reloaded but these two do not appear in my Operator Panel. I then added ticks to two trunks and they did not appear so I removed them. Instead I created a Group called Trunks with two trunks ticked. I then added group Trunks to User 210 but nothing more can be seen.
I can see that the extensions in the User panel are headed Extensions so maybe I need a separate group to appear but I do not see any way to add it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Pop-up caller ID wrongFrom memory it was 2.21. I am in the process of reinstalling on new hardware so I will use the latest version. Thank you.

Pop-up caller ID wrongIn my address book I have two numbers: 02077391212 and 02088081212.
One of my extensions is 212. When that calls my extension, FOP2 pops up the details matching the first number!
This does not happen every time. I just did a test and nothing popped up but it does happen often.

New install - not quite workingJust did an install of fop2 on a PIAF system. I am new to PIAF so have probably done something wrong, but I have the following:
After installing FOP2 2.22 I installed "FOP2Admin FreePBX Module v 1.1" (marked OLD) as v 1.2 was not listed.
I now have three problems - maybe connected.
- My FOP2 screen is just blank - no buttons at all
- My FOP2 screen seems to have the left edge chopped off: of the text "Filter" only "lter" can be seen.
- /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
returns:
Flash Operator Panel 2 - No valid license found. Demo Mode
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 1: Table 'asterisk.fop2settings' doesn't exist
ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 1: Table 'asterisk.fop2permissions' doesn't exist

Connection to manager OK!Any help would be much appreciated.
