The rationale for showing logged off users is when that user is not going to ring when you dial the extension. In your setup there is a default device attached, so that won't happen. Best regards,

You have to use fop2 beta and use the autoconfiguration scripts. The buttons will be created as [USER/1000] and not [SIP/1000]
