You probably have a queue member for that extension, fop2 will rename labels based on queue member names if they have any. Run: asterisk -rx "queue show" And see the entry for that particular extension, it will probably show Local/7009@from-queue (7009) or similar. In that case, edit the queue, remove the member, apply changes, add the member again and add changes so it gets the new extension name (that's a freepbx feature/bug, where queue member names are not changed if you change the extension name).

Hi Guys I'm getting a similar issue here. I can log into FOP2 fine - using Firefox11. However a collegue using Chome, cannot. He types: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/fop2 and the page automatically redirects to https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/fop2/ And shows him "Invalid Session" in the page. Here's the thing though. Mind is a fresh new install of Elastix 2.3.0-6 and I installed FOP2 from the addons page. Then Revoked my old registration code from my old Trixbox, and registered it on the new Elastix box. So in theory, there's no upgrading been going on at all. Help..... Cliff. The invalid session is an error from ELASTIX, that REQUIRES you to be logged into Elastix in order to open up FOP2. If you can bypass that, you will have to go manually to https://your.server/fop2/fop2.html Best regards,

yes, only numbers are allowed in phone numbers from the phonebook. there is a reason for it, security and preventing user errors.

If you change the listen port you must also set the web_dir parameter correctly.. it si mentioned in the online documentation under the parameter description. Anyways, as you already find out, please run FOP2 in its default port, your life will be much better if you do that.

I got the almost same error below this: When I finish the install and try to test the server I get Can't run with DEBUGGING Perl at /usr/lib/perl5/5.10.10/i386-linux-thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 253. Then I try rpm -ivh perl-5.10.0-73.fc10.i386.rpm and perl-libs-5.10.0-73.fc10.i386.rpm (these packages download from fop2) and I face conflict... So I force the installation by "--force" and now I face another error... ./fop2_server: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/perl5/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/auto/Compress/Raw/Zlib/Zlib.so: undefined symbol: Perl_pad_sv Need help urgently.
