Did you try with a "real" bridged call? FOP2 just calls the chan spy application, directly, it does not use any special contexts.
I did not understand that you say it rings your phone and then rings the phone you want to spy on? Please try with a regular call, between TWO extensions or extension and trunk, and try there. Maybe chanspy has troubles on an echo test application, anyways, this is totally outside fop2 itself.
