restart the service with the service conected via ssh:
service fop2 restart
If it doesn't work for you, the license may be wrong. You have to remove it and reinstall it with the following commands connected to the internet:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revoke --rp=http
put your license code
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register --rp=http
put your license code again
In Firefox it works perfectly but in my case it doesn't in edge and chrome. I had to make a backup of the database, restore a backup to leave it in version 2.31.32 and then recover the backup to have all the call history. I haven't been able to fix it any other way.
I have the same problem whit update to Version: 2.31.34.

In firefox works fine... But i need fix in Chrome because i use firefox to another proxy connection....

I have FOP2 2.31.32 installed on FreePBX. For some reason in the panel, sometimes the extensions or trunks stay as disconnected but they are answering calls. I attached a screenshot to see if you can tell me how to fix it.
It is a display problem, since everything works correctly.
I've been working with asterisk and fop2 for a short time. I've had a problem with an extension for a long time. This disconnects and requests entry into the queue again, so that if the operator does not realize it, it cannot receive calls. With the sophone it does not happen to me. Other times the extensions mark them as disabled even when the user is talking on the phone. I am currently working on a vpn towards the switchboard. This problem does not happen to me with all extensions ... What can I check?
