Yes, you missed the point of FOP2 Manager, you already wrote your own, so you do not need FOP2 Manager at all. Or, you can adapt FOP2 Manager custom functions with your own code, and use it instead of your own custom script/manager. FOP2 Manager lets you manage fop2 users, permissions and install plugins, so it might be handy to adapt it instead of going with your own. Best regards,

Without posting proper debug logs and an exact description of your actions is not possible to give you any exact answer. Exact answers require exact questions and back data. None were provided. So you will receive this answer instead of an 'exact' one. In any action in FOP2 does not work as you expect, please describe in exact detail what actions you performed, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. That together with the javascript console open on your browser, and if a command is seen as sent there, the debug log on the server side as well. The debug logs might not be needed at all because most of the time problems are just user errors or misconceptions on what should happen when something is done on FOP2.

The download does not work unless you pass a fop2 key before the filename (as a security measure). The exclamation sign is the separator. The fop2 key is set via php sessions, so your problem could be very well related to them.

thanks for the great info. I figured the mailinfo issue was 100% browser... When it worked once, it must have been a different browser: I use FF and chrome interchangeably. Being able to hook up to various IM clients (all 600 of them) would be a product in itself. Agreed that asterisk/jabber makes sense. Ron
