I have to start it manually & (pgrep fop2 )..

It doesn't work properly because it didn't auto-login or auto log out agents ..

Kindly try to find solution because agents remove themselves from queue & that affect on SLA , and also i cannot remove it because it will affect on presence and they will not take break..

I have a problem that I cannot disable queueagent from the agent , i don't want let them add or remove themselves from the queue.

I have tried to remove queueagent from a template but after that agent cannot make break or pauses.

I want agents only do ( break & pauses - transfer - chat)
Kindly advise.

I have found a plugin call Popup on Bridged Calls Plugin installed but not enabled as attached , how can i uninstall it if it can affect while not enabled ?

All my agents at call center open fop2 to log in & monitor incoming calls .

From time to time, all extensions become <u>online</u> when the agent not active on this page..

Pop-up by Fop2 work fine and pop up one time.
From 1 week when I receive any calls it open once when receiving a call and once when to answer it .
How can I make it open one time like before?

When i have upgrade the latest version all queue members not shown like before ..
