Thank you, I will make sure we're all up to date, and since we aren't accessible from the internet, comment out those lines if there's still an issue.

Trixbox, PHP Sessions and FOP2Can we get some help on this please?
-
Trixbox, PHP Sessions and FOP2So I've let this go on for a long time. We still get the error "You do not have permissions to access this resource".
I am on CentOS with FreePBX. There isn't a file on the server named memcache*
How would you recommend I go about fixing the issue based on this information?

Validation problem. Please contact your provider.I have had the same issue multiple times after running certain upgrades and updates in FreePBX.
To fix it, simply run
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revokeand enter your license key. Then run
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --registerand enter your license key again, followed by a
service fop2 restartThat did the trick for me.

Trixbox, PHP Sessions and FOP2So, like mentioned in this post, I see "You do not have permissions to access this resource" on the Call History plugin (so it shows on the front panel) often, but if I log out and back on, it will usually correctly show the call history.
I don't have a memcache.ini file in the php.d folder. How can I apply option 1: "Start the memcache daemon and enable it at boot" instead?

Fake Continuous Call ShowingGoodness, it sure did. The thing is, I did restart it before, but from fop2/admin GUI. Is that different than running the command service fop2 restart?

Chat with external client? Can you connect to the chat server with an external client like pigeon? If so, what are the required ports and credentials?

New Users Don't Show in panelSame thing happens with me, even after reloads. What I noticed is the next day or two, if I leave the user/extension there in fop2/admin, it eventually shows up. Not sure the rhyme or reason.

Fake Continuous Call ShowingCall (actually calls now) still going.

Fake Continuous Call ShowingSo I dialed *720, and *730 yesterday in attempt to get "call forwarding all prompt" to work, where you can set call forwarding for a remote extension other than your own. I later found out that freepbx and/or asterisk changed it to *93, as the 0 in *720 was causing issues.
Anyway, I now am showing to my employees as continually on a call (see attachment). I restarted FOP2 and Asterisk.
Any ideas?

New Users Don't Show in panelThanks for the reply. So I just logged in and the user that I was having the issue with was there.
Do all users have to be logged off perhaps for that new user's button to show? The only thing that is different between right now and when I posted this is that all users had logged off and the weekend went by.
I will try to replicate the problem, and also follow your instructions here in the post.

New Users Don't Show in panelWe have FreePBX, current version, and current version of FOP2. We have a white label license.
When we add a new extension in FreePBX, and the add that user as a button in FOP2, the user doesn't show on anyone else's panel. I've even "recreated" all users/buttons in FOP2, but no luck.
Any idea? Are we supposed to create users/extensions in FOP2 first or? I haven't had much luck looking for answers by searching or reading the documentation.
