I'm having the same problem. Sangoma PBXAct, installed 2 weeks ago by Sangoma, all latest updates to everything as of last week. Same symptoms. Users were copied over from the previous PBX, but passwords didn't work -- logins all failed. No Secret showing on Panel Manager -> Users -> any extension. Typed the Secret, selected the Template & Preferences, clicked [Submit Changes], user logs in. After they reload the page or log off/on to their PCs, the identically correct password stored in the browser fails. Clicking [Submit Changes] with no other input, they log in again. ???

Hello, you will need to create the fop2 database and add the schema should be at /var/www/html/fop2/admin/install.sql mysql -uroot -p fop2 < /var/www/html/fop2/admin/install.sql (in case you had created the fop2 database in mysql) After that you can browse the FOP2 Manager (http: // your-server / fop2 / admin ) and see if some data is populated. In case no buttons are shown up, you will need to create them manually, depends on your pbx configuration, etc. Also, for debugging FOP2 login you can open in your browser the Javascript console and try to login with it opened to see errors if any. yum install openssl098e That will fix segmentation fault issues on recent centos versions (6.8, 7, etc).

You can use older browsers too. Or install firefox and disable websockets via about:config http://www.fop2.com/blog/firefox-11-websockets-and-fop2 Or upgrade FOP2 to the latest version. FOP2 2.10 was released BEFORE all those newer browsers, BEFORE the websockets specifications evolved. You cannot expect it to work with every future browser over an evolving specification that is not yet finished, and it is STILL being updated. That is why FOP2 was constantly updated over the years, to accompany evolution of technology. If you want to use an old version of FOP2, then use the technology that was available at that time, or upgrade FOP2. Best regards,

When you are on a call, just type the number you want to transfer the call to in the dial box in the toolbar and press ENTER: 8102216 And the call will go wherever your dialplan is set.. Best regards,

Solved it myself... The [QUEUE/<name>] is the name of the queue, not the extension. Thanks, Phil
