We are migrating a customer system and have noted that the 'pop' for hangup is always firing now
We get "GET /fop2/checkdir.php?poptype=hangup&clidnum=OTg5ODk4&clid" or similar
even though we have the setting in fop2.cfg set to :
notify_on_ringing = 0
notify_on_connect = 1
notify_on_hangup = 0
we dont get the ringing pops so that setting is being honoured.
Any ideas would be gratefully received

Hi , watch your asterisk console screen, to see what the channels is . When I get a chance ill look at mine

Used to get responses not this year , Paying $500 for 'licence' and then trying to put paid work their way this is not a good look.

is anyone getting responses to support requests ? we have had tickets open for weeks now with no helpful responses.

Add then as a "Extra Channel" for example for iax IAX2/trunkname

Hi I will help here "Tenants" refers to a Multi Tenant system where the service is shared between clients
You just need 1 licence @ $100 if you want it white labeled
You may want to look at some of teh free or paid plugins as well though

We have are replacing an old ProStats on a VM with a dedicated on site server as teh call centre is very busy and has approx 100 queues and 40 agents.
All reports are now faster loading except for Agent reports, These can take minutes for the page to load. but looking at 'top' on teh server there is very little load and just mysql using little over 3% of cpu
is there any way to optimize this as it was expected that a new server octo core processor and 16G would speed this up somewhat, but as of now it seems not

Hi we are building a Proof of concept for a customer but come upagainst an issue with teh free stats package.
Real time is blank and getting the error "Attempt to set a forbidden header was denied: Connection prototype-1.4.0.js:679:21"

we can add users to queues no problem we can change other settings ,but the queue login change doesnt hold.

This was a fresh install on .34 and updated to .35 the mav was done in privacy mode on a test browser (firefox)

Upgraded to .5 but still the same, just a spinning circle on change and when page refreshed back to 0 also change not reflected in fop2 when adding users to queues. the admin page is 1.1.5 and fop2 is Version 2.31.05
Upgrade was done by just doing make in src directory for fop2 .

Hi Nic Do you know when .35 is being released ? as have a callcenter going in thats using this, as the penalty isnt reflected on asterisk or work .

sorted it , now showing 100 queues a page

Hi we have a need for a layout that has more than one queue column, This is because we hae 60+ queues and want to see status without dcrolling,

I have seen teh operator.css where I can change the button size but cannot see where to increase the number of columns of buttons.

Any pointer would be great also a link to where I can download index_only_extensions.html would be great.

Very odd problem , we have some custom buttons that are in the buttons_custom.cfg

the auto config scripts when using free pbx doesnt seem to read this file as the custom buttons dont show up. If we manualy run the file and output it to buttons.cfg and have that defined in autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh as the buttons file all is OK

is there a problem with teh include when run automaticly ?

What variables are available in the checkdir.php for use when calling a popup. importantly I want the logged in user extension. This is because I have integrated the fop2 with a separate click2call and crm lookup page.

what I want to do is

echo "window.open('cli-crm.php?cliN=$clidnum&queN=$fromqueue&user=$userid','cli-crm')";

The first 2 variables work fine I just don't want to have to hard code all users extension numbers so to be ablel to pass the users extension would be great.

Would it possible to have an option to set the callerID for the leg to the handset of a call dialed from the phonebok to be set the to the called number. This way then the screenpopping will pass that to the CRM app

For example a fop user dials 01234567890 from the phonebook and the call to their phone has the callerID set to 01234567890 and will do the search,
