Preferences from users need to be changed... If you get the same clidnum every time

Used to get responses not this year , Paying $500 for 'licence' and then trying to put paid work their way this is not a good look.

We have are replacing an old ProStats on a VM with a dedicated on site server as teh call centre is very busy and has approx 100 queues and 40 agents. All reports are now faster loading except for Agent reports, These can take minutes for the page to load. but looking at 'top' on teh server there is very little load and just mysql using little over 3% of cpu is there any way to optimize this as it was expected that a new server octo core processor and 16G would speed this up somewhat, but as of now it seems not Ian

Hi, Maybe that error is not related to the page being blank.. Issue might be that asternic lite was not updated since several years ago, and Asterisk changed substantially on AMI in recent versions. What asterisk version do you have installed there ? I would look at possible php errors or problems connecting to AMI more than javascript errors. Best regards,

Hi Ian, The problem is most probably with groups not including the custom buttons. Try running autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh and see if you hve groups assigned to your users.. as the group line is generated by looking only at the freepbx database, it will miss the custom button definition. I have to think a way to let you add those to some group and make that group available in the fop2 users page... not totally sure how can I do that.
