Hi, Your question is related to FreePBX/Elastix and not FOP2 itself. Elastix performs some modifications over FreePBX recordings, and it does not use the latest FreePBX available. You should be posting this question into Elastix forums to get a proper or more incumbent response. If you configured FreePBX to record all calls, you might have the recording on /var/spool/asterisk/monitor, but depending on how you actually start the recording, it might be set to only record BRIDGED calls (phone to phone calls so to speak), that means that calls to an application, like IVR, is not recorded. But I do not know if FreePBX/Elastix use that option for Monitor/MixMonitor, or not. Best regards,

Hi, FOP22 has nothing to do with your problem. How to easily test it? Just stop fop2 and try again: service fop2 stop Then do those queue calls, check dahdi status, etc.. FOP2 pasively connects to the asterisk manager port, it does not interfere with your queues, your sip peers, your dahdi configurations, anything. Best regards,

ok, so "online agent" is an active call. You see some active calls that you cannot hangup with FOP2? In that case , in the asterisk cli, issue this command: core show channels Do you see those active calls? If so, then those calls ARE there and are thread locked. It happens. It is an asterisk bug. The only way to clear them is to restart asterisk. FOP2 is just showing you those calls that perhaps you did not know where locked or existed. Best regards,

Hi, You need to purchase your license, after payment you will receive an activation code. Then you have to register your currently installed copy and you are done.
