FOP2 Community Forum

Hello everyone, Multiple customers of ours have the problem that the internal number is beeing recognized bij Fop as an external contact. Example: Internal number 303 username Marge Externel customer in Fop2 contactlist: Burbie 0116-112303 When Marge calls a college the college sees Burbie in the fop panel and not Marge. Does someone know what causis this isseu? Thanks for your reply. Kind regards.

Is it posible to synchronise the status in Fop2 and a Digium Phone? When i change my status in Fop2, on my device (Digium D60) my status does not change. Vice versa, when i change my status on my phone Digium D60, my status in Fop2 does not change.

There is no specific limit, it depends on your browser/os/fonts, etc. You can change the FOP2 theme to make buttons wider, font smaller, etc, to get more content to show: http://members.asternic.biz/knowledge_base/fop2-custom-theme-making-buttons-wider-so-they-can-show-longer-caller-ids
