This is interesting - did this ever go anywhere?

SMS Sending from context menu? -
How to develop my custom local plugin? Not sure when this changed or what version, but at the moment I can only find configonreload which displays source. this is just an event response plugin so it doesn't give any indication of how to create a button or menu option, etc? Is there any update?
-
Plugins no work!!I have a similar issue - after installing plugings, I see admin panel has added the db entries, but I can't tell if they are running and can't see any affect on the panel button or menu option,

I have licensed plugins - can't install in manager?I don't really use the manager as I build my own config. is there a way to download the plugins manually?
Thanks! -
I have licensed plugins - can't install in manager?I have a stand alone install of fop2.
Test shows correct:
[root@www fop2]# ./fop2_server --test
Flash Operator Panel 2 - White Label Version
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Valid License (/usr/local/fop2/fop2.lic)
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Featureset: Voicemail Explorer & IM Chat
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Allowed Tenants: 5
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Licensed Plugin: speeddial
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Licensed Plugin: queuestats
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Licensed Plugin: followme
Flash Operator Panel 2 - Licensed Plugin: callflowfpbxConnection to manager OK (010000)!I see an error on the admin panel "Panel Server is not responding. Be sure the service is running!"
But it is running?
I'm presuming the connection to the service is why the admin panel doesn't recognize the unconnected plugins that are already licensed. Any ideas?
Thanks! -
trouble installing plugins in stand alone?I must be missing something... when I add plugins, not sure how to isntall / configure them?
I'd like to for example...
speeddial,queuestats,followme,callflowfpbx
ls /var/www/html/fop2/admin/plugins/ shows nothing but "configonreload"
I've done a recent upgrade, re-upped my subscription, etc.
Still don't see the appropriate files. This is a manual install - not part of a pbx native installation.
I'm also looking for any info on button config for the plugins.
Thank you! -
I presence icon - when a green ball is not just a ball?In my case it's complicated, but the users are using SIP, not PJSIP. We're handling multi-device differently to avoid these sorts of things but that's great to know!
You sir, are brilliant. As the user logs in, I can see the check marks appear. That's fantastic!!! Subtle, and otherwise undocumented.
But now I know what it means. thank you! -
I presence icon - when a green ball is not just a ball?ok one more thing I noticed. The agent that has the checked ball shows orange when on a queue call, but doesn't show the "i" information icon - I can see they are on a queue call because the queue box / buttons have a clock indicating the active call. Again this only seems to affect a few extensions. I don't see any mistakes in the button definitions so far. Thanks.

live chat is online, but no replyAh now it shows away - cool B)

live chat is online, but no replyJust FYI in case something is broken.

Does FOP has skill based routing within the system ?Fop2 can search user data by keyword, which could help a human agent transfer the call to the person with the right skills.
hope that helps. -
I presence icon - when a green ball is not just a ball? When the issue happens, the line1 does not show the ringing call, and the button only turns orange if the call is answered.
Otherwise the voicemail envelope may start to blink while the caller is in voicemail. I don't know for certain if the difference in icon appearance means anything. Appreciate anyone's ideas. Thanks!

I presence icon - when a green ball is not just a ball?I see something odd. I've noticed some extensions do not seem to show the call display of the line they are on - in some cases the button is orange while the status shows line inactive. Then I noticed a difference in the presence icon:

Or zoomed:

I don't see any mention of this in the user guide. Does this have a meaning?
Did I misconfigure something?
Thanks!

Chrome Version 84.0.4147.89 Breaks FOP2 https ConnectionsFixed my issue instantly... silly thing is, the main website has a banner about this issue - I didn't check the main website I came straight to the forum
oops! all better - thanks Nicolas! (& agudino!) -
Chrome Version 84.0.4147.89 Breaks FOP2 https ConnectionsPS Additional note. The same change seemed to affect a recent version of firefox. It too suffered from broken secure websockets with fop2 after their recent update however at the time I thought maybe it was a "them" thing instead of an "us" thing. Now that the same effect has happened in Chrome perhaps the issue is how the secure sockets are set up in fop2?

FOP2 with SSL. Trouble and a clarification for docs.Hi. Already sent you a "mail". It shows in the upper right by the envelope icon. But will send notes on our procedure for the request.

Monitoring a custom trunk type...Ok cool thanks for the candor. Will try to find a way to masquerade the channels.
Cheers

Monitoring a custom trunk type...Hi the issue is a bit more complex. I created the route as a catch-all to prevent did handled by inbound routes from wasting two channels... One out and one in. Sometimes those calls are even mishandled by our carriers resulting in failed calls when the call is actually made between two people on the same system just using did instead of extensions.
We've also found other methods caused problems. iax sometimes creates issues for DTMF and fax.
This method results in working call records for both parties (one "out" and one "in" but no additional network traffic or load.
I could document the process for you for an FAQ? Maybe it is something that could be added for a future version?
