I would like each new extension, by default, to only see their own extension's button. That way they can check their voicemail, set call forward, but basically do nothing else, and not be able to see any other extensions.
Is there an easy way to achieve this?
Other users in our system have this issue, and I've tried a different browser, Edge, and still always get "Bad Credentials" when attempting to Change Password within FOP2 UI.
I am able to change my password in the Admin control area, but when I log in as a user I cannot change my own password. Change Password v1.0.1 Plugin is enabled. Other users seem to have the same issue when I log in as them.
I always get "Bad Credentials" after hitting Submit, even though I've verified they are correct.

About 24 sec after starting a VPN connection, the queue members disappear. If a call is active, the call will display even without the queue members present. They will come back with a refresh/re-login.
When I stop the VPN connection, the queue members disappear immediately.
Everything else seems to work fine other than the queue members.
The Queue Agents disappear when I activate a VPN connection. It requires a page refresh and re-login to bring them back. Everything else comes back fine after the VPN connection, what is different about the Queue members that they don't refresh?
I'd be happy to test it out. We're on the 64bit version.

When I log out of FOP2, the login page refreshes continually every ~30 seconds. What is the purpose for this?
I always get the error message "Invalid Credentials", but the password is stored in google. If you log out, I think the page auto-refresh should not happen, and the error message shouldn't pop up.
I get this often too. The only thing I've found that helps is setting up a separate machine next to the user, like a spare laptop on their desk simply for FOP2. The disconnects stop happening when I do this. If they don't have a separate machine, the disconnects range from a few times a day to sometimes every 10 minutes. Try with a separate machine and see if your disconnects stop too.
We use google chrome. I know it have a tab discarding feature, but I've disabled that and no improvement.

There is currently an update for the minibrowser to 1.0.3, but I don't see a changelog near the update button. Maybe this update was available before July 27, and we will begin to see changelogs going forward for future updates?
Any changelogs we could see for the plugin updates? I see there are a number of updates recently!

Some of the agents here are not full-time queue people, but rather just pick and choose calls from the queue when it is busy or if they recognize the person ( or choose calls to avoid a particular person!).
However, these calls that are 'picked' from the queue don't seem to be included in the Queue Stats count. Could queue calls handled in this way be counted as well, and easily changed?

We followed this post, but it seems our file is already including the fix you proposed for another customer, so the dummy must be coming from somewhere else.

I also commented out #push @allreturn, $return; in FOP2Callbacks.pm in the LEAVE section. Will see if that resolves it. Sorry to make so many posts! This helps me keep track of what I tried and when haha
Additionally, we are seeing outbound calls show up as dummy when the call history is not showing recent calls.
We needed to custom edit the call detail records for PJSIP. Since a recent upgrade, the call history has not been working right (in both the plugin button and the popup). Sometimes it correctly shows call history, other times, it seems to show only calls that happened before the upgrade happened (14 days ago in this case). I can't get to the bottom of it. I recreated the query from plugings/callhistory/callhistorybsgrid.php for this particular extension, and all of the recent calls pull up fine from the query. But currently, the plugin button is not showing the same data.

The new feature that was added recently to the queues panel shows a small popup with agent information (like calls and penalty) when you hover the mouse over the name of the queue member, but not the pause icon. Since the pause icon has the pop-up hover capability in the extension panel , I thought it might make sense to have it here too.
